VOLUNTEERS - Over the next few weeks, we will need some helping hands as we prepare for marching season.  Here is a quick schedule of what we will need each week: Tues  6-29  6pm-8pm Help with sorting all the pants, assessing jackets, identify sewing needs. Tues  7-6   6pm-8pm  Help with cleaning gauntlets (please bring 409 / Windex cleaners, paper towels, Magic Eraser) Tues  7-13   6pm-8pm Sewing night, cleaning coolers, cleaning supply closet. We will need a sewing machine and supplies Tues 7-20   6pm-8pm Help with checking hats, sewing night. We will need a sewing machine and supplies Contact Terri at president@lymanband.com if you're able to volunteer Most important....during the upcoming rehearsals, we also will be accepting donations of cases of water, paper cups, and Fla-Vor-Ices.  You'll hear us talk a lot about water...we easily go through 800+ bottles a game. 	5-10-2010	Rehearsal schedule for upcoming band showcase: 2nd period only: Thursday, May 13 2:30-4:30 4th period only: Wednesday, May 19 2:00-3:30 7th period only: Thursday, May 20 2:30-4:30 All classes: May 24, 2:30-5:00 Remember, concert band uniform is required. White dress/tux shirt, black pants (not black jeans), black tie and cummerbund (provided and passed out during warmup), black dress shoes and BLACK socks for guys.
