August 6th - Premier Show, Infomation Session and More
At the end of band camp, we have a very special evening, the Premier Show and Information Session.
This is where we get a sneak preview of what the students have been working on, we enjoy some
culinary delights that you will provide, and we have an informational session to provide some updates
on the Marching season.

5:00 – 6:00 Student activity TBA
6:00 – 6:15 Student perform preview on practice field
6:30 – 7:00 Program continues in auditorium
- Students perform additional selections
- Parent informational meeting
7:00 – 8:00 Evening continues in cafeteria - New for 2009 DESSERT POT LUCK!
- Visit the various information tables that are set up:
o Fees and Forms
o Volunteer Lists
o Communications (do we have your email address?)
o Marching Greyhound shirts, stickers, etc.
We're shaking things up a bit this year. Instead of the traditional pot luck dinner, we've decided to have a DESSERT pot luck instead. Families can bring a dessert of choice, based on the first letter of their last name.
Students with last name beginning:
A - C please send in cookies,
D - H send in brownies,
I - P cake or cupcakes, and
R - Z send in dessert toppings. (candy sprinkles, cookie crumbles, chocolate syrup, whipped topping...)
Please bring the items prepared for single servings (i.e., brownies and cakes should be pre-cut).
Paper products, utensils and drinks will be provided by the Band Boosters.
